Every membership gives you the same house: quiet rooms, good desks, the coffee bar, snacks and drinks, and printing. The tiers differ only by the hours you need, and a few extras as you move up. Tutoring is priced separately, added whenever it helps.
Paid yearly, membership is about 15% less.
