This policy explains what personal data Pebble House collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to us at info@pebblehouse.org.
Who we are
Pebble House is a members’ study house and tutoring centre at Strada Erou Iancu Nicolae 29, Floor 2, David Business Center, Pipera, Bucharest, Romania. For any privacy question, contact info@pebblehouse.org. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- When you use our contact or apply forms: your name, email, phone number (if provided), and anything you write in the message, along with whether you are a parent or student and what you are interested in.
- When you book a visit: your name, email and booking details, collected through Calendly.
- Basic, anonymous usage statistics through privacy-friendly analytics, which do not identify you personally.
We do not take payments on this website, and we do not collect any payment details.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a visit, and talk through how Pebble House might help. Our legal basis is your consent in sending us the information, and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your information is handled by a small number of trusted providers who process it on our behalf:
- Google (Google Workspace) — to receive enquiries by email and store them in a private spreadsheet.
- Calendly — to schedule visits.
- Cloudflare — to host the website, protect our forms from spam, and provide anonymous analytics.
We never share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to keep our own records, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to our use of it. Email info@pebblehouse.org and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) if you are not satisfied.
Cookies
The website itself sets no marketing or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. The Calendly scheduler, when you open it, may set its own cookies to make booking work; you can read Calendly’s own privacy notice on their site.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
